At noon on Sunday, March 15, Kenji Bray — a former standout from Ralston Valley High School — helped the Colorado Mines Orediggers secure a 17-8 victory in their NCAA Division II baseball matchup against the New Mexico Highlands Cowboys.
The contest took place at Brandt Field and marked the Orediggers’ fourth game against the Cowboys this season. In the preceding matchup on Saturday, March 14, the Orediggers earned a 17-5 win.
During the contest, Bray pitched two innings, surrendering one earned run while issuing five walks and recording one strikeout.
Colorado Mines will play its next game Friday, March 20, at 4 p.m. at Jim Darden Field, facing the Metro State Roadrunners.
