Ken Caryl home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Ken Caryl rose by $23,500 while total sales decreased by 61.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 86 homes sold, with a median sale price of $392,500 - a 6.4% increase over the $369,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 221 homes sold in Ken Caryl in the third quarter of 2018.
