West Pleasant View home prices fall in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in West Pleasant View fell by $92,410 while total sales decreased by 65%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,000 - a 27% decrease over the $342,410 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in West Pleasant View in the third quarter of 2018.
