Arvada (Jefferson County) home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Arvada in Jefferson County rose by $25,000 while total sales decreased by 64%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 189 homes sold, with a median sale price of $425,000 - a 6.3% increase over the $400,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 525 homes sold in Arvada in the third quarter of 2018.
