Ken Caryl home prices fall in April 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2020 in Ken Caryl fell by $50,000 while total sales decreased by 92.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $295,000 - a 14.5% decrease over the $345,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 69 homes sold in Ken Caryl in April 2019.
