Ken Caryl home prices fall in May 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2020 in Ken Caryl fell by $18,500 while total sales decreased by 71.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2020, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $366,500 - a 4.8% decrease over the $385,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 83 homes sold in Ken Caryl in May 2019.
