Edgewater home prices fall in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Edgewater fell by $15,000 while total sales decreased by 59.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $410,000 - a 3.5% decrease over the $425,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 57 homes sold in Edgewater in the first half of 2019.
