How did home prices perform in Columbine (Arapahoe County) during the first quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Columbine in Arapahoe County rose by $410,000 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $995,000 - a 70.1% increase over the $585,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Columbine in the first quarter of 2020.
