The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 4204 Hoyt St., Wheat Ridge was sold on Feb. 23 by Brian J Smith for $534,000. The buyers were Curtis Paul Brown and Emily Katherine Bauer.

So far in February 2021, this is the only property that sold in Wheat Ridge as of this publication.
