The two bedroom, one bathroom home at 7971 Chase Circle 49, Arvada was sold on Feb. 25 by Dawn L Orr for $262,000. The buyers were Sarah Kreider, Juan Ramon Quezada and Ana Morales.

The last time this home sold was Sept. 26, 2011. It last sold for $60,000.

So far in February 2021, six properties sold in Arvada.
