The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 3455 Moore St., Wheat Ridge was sold on March 31 by Benjamin W. Gross for $660,000. The buyers were Earl Duffy and Erik Olson.

This home last sold on Sept. 18, 2017 for $465,000.

So far in March 2021, nine properties sold in Wheat Ridge.
