The three bedroom, three bathroom home at 6179 S. Lee St., Dakota Ridge was sold on April 28 by Cyndia L Choate, Steven D. and Richard H. Hill and Vincent A. Thomas for $510,000. The buyers were William A. Clapper Jr. and Aysel and Berkhan W. Clapper.

So far in April 2021, three properties sold in Dakota Ridge.
