The two bedroom, one bathroom home at 6950 W. 32nd Ave., Wheat Ridge was sold on May 20 by Aimee Butterfield and Brian Zajicek for $580,000. The buyer was Kelley Kaiser.

This home last sold for $70,000 on Jan. 18, 2011.

So far in May 2021, this is the only property that sold in Wheat Ridge as of this publication.
