First half of 2022: Home prices in Columbine (Arapahoe County) fell

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Columbine in Arapahoe County fell by $247,500 while total sales decreased by 12.5 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $567,500 - a 30.4 percent decrease from the $815,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Columbine in the first half of 2021.

The median sales tax in Columbine for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,150, approximately 0.6 percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
