In the week ending Dec. 20, 2025, one gas station in Denver County sold midgrade gas at the lowest reported price of $2.18 per gallon, according to customer reports submitted to GasBuddy.

Midgrade gas prices averaged $2.79 per gallon in Denver County.

Among 189 gas stations in cities within Denver County, 123 offered midgrade gas.

Across Colorado, the average reported price for a gallon of midgrade gas fell to $2.82, compared to the week before.

U.S. gas prices continue to decline after reaching their lowest level since 2021, according to GasBuddy. The group projects the national average could dip below $2.80 per gallon during the holiday period, driven by increased oil production and lower seasonal demand.
