Reported prices for diesel gas in Jefferson County averaged $5.50 per gallon.
Among 199 gas stations in cities within Jefferson County, 121 offered diesel gas.
For comparison, the average price of diesel gas in Colorado was $5.54 per gallon for the week ending May 16, up from the previous week.
