The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Edwin G. Perlmutter, Perlmutter for Congress, refunded $5 to Rose Collins on August 24, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.

Perlmutter for Congress refunded $5 total since March 1.
