Pricing for the median home in Columbine (Arapahoe County) increased during May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Columbine in Arapahoe County rose by $736,000 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,332,000 - a 123.5% increase over the $596,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Columbine in May 2018.
