Median home prices in Columbine (Arapahoe County) fell to $420,000 in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Columbine in Arapahoe County fell by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $420,000 - a 1.2% decrease over the $425,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Columbine in November 2017.

The median sales tax in Columbine for 2018 was $3,150. In 2017, the median sales tax was $2,936. This marks an increase of 7.3%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 0.7%.
