January 2018: Home prices in Columbine (Arapahoe County) increased

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Columbine in Arapahoe County rose by $301,000 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $672,500 - a 81% increase over the $371,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Columbine in January 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Columbine for 2018 was $3,150. In 2017, the median sales tax was $2,936. This marks an increase of 7.3%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 0.5%.
