Pricing for the median home in Columbine (Arapahoe County) increased during the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Columbine in Arapahoe County rose by $90,950 while total sales decreased by 21.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $639,000 - a 16.6% increase over the $548,050 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Columbine in the second quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Columbine for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,150, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2020.
