Home prices increased in Columbine (Arapahoe County) during the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Columbine in Arapahoe County rose by $28,000 while total sales increased by 18.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $348,000 - a 8.8% increase over the $320,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Columbine in the third quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Columbine for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,150, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2019.
