Rising home prices in Columbine (Arapahoe County) in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Columbine in Arapahoe County rose by $582,500 while total sales decreased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $910,000 - a 177.9% increase over the $327,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Columbine in the first quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Columbine for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,150, approximately 0.3% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2019.
