Columbine (Arapahoe County) home prices fell in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Columbine in Arapahoe County fell by $127,500 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $322,500 - a 28.3% decrease over the $450,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Columbine in the second half of 2017.

The median sales tax in Columbine for 2018 was $3,150. In 2017, the median sales tax was $2,936. This marks an increase of 7.3%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1%.
