The first half of 2018: Home prices in Columbine (Arapahoe County) fell

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Columbine in Arapahoe County fell by $83,350 while total sales increased by 83.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $355,000 - a 19% decrease over the $438,350 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Columbine in the first half of 2017.

The median sales tax in Columbine for 2018 was $3,150. In 2017, the median sales tax was $2,936. This marks an increase of 7.3%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 0.9%.
