On April 29, Wade Godman and Kasey Fox purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 6620 W. 26th Ave., Edgewater from Candace J. and Travis Daugherty for $575,000.

So far in April 2021, this is the only property that sold in Edgewater as of this publication.
