West Pleasant View home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in West Pleasant View rose by $13,000 while total sales decreased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $293,000 - a 4.6% increase over the $280,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in West Pleasant View in the first half of 2017.
