East Pleasant View home prices fall in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in East Pleasant View fell by $12,500 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $420,000 - a 2.9% decrease over the $432,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in East Pleasant View in the first half of 2017.
