Wheat Ridge home prices fall in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Wheat Ridge fell by $23,550 while total sales decreased by 6.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 60 homes sold, with a median sale price of $402,200 - a 5.5% decrease over the $425,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 64 homes sold in Wheat Ridge in May 2018.
