Dakota Ridge home prices rise in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Dakota Ridge rose by $6,000 while total sales increased by 126.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were 52 homes sold, with a median sale price of $401,000 - a 1.5% increase over the $395,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Dakota Ridge in March 2018.
