Lakewood home prices fall in December 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2018 in Lakewood fell by $10,000 while total sales increased by 19.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2018, there were 169 homes sold, with a median sale price of $340,000 - a 2.9% decrease over the $350,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 141 homes sold in Lakewood in December 2017.
