Ken Caryl home prices rise in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Ken Caryl rose by $1,150 while total sales decreased by 26.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 41 homes sold, with a median sale price of $345,000 - a 0.3% increase over the $343,850 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 56 homes sold in Ken Caryl in November 2017.
