Applewood home prices rise in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Applewood rose by $173,750 while total sales decreased by 38.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $638,750 - a 37.4% increase over the $465,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Applewood in November 2017.
