Fairmount home prices fall in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Fairmount fell by $140,000 while total sales increased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $465,000 - a 23.1% decrease over the $605,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Fairmount in October 2017.
