Wheat Ridge home prices rise in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Wheat Ridge rose by $47,150 while total sales decreased by 12.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were 54 homes sold, with a median sale price of $419,650 - a 12.7% increase over the $372,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 62 homes sold in Wheat Ridge in October 2017.
