Arvada (Jefferson County) home prices rise in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Arvada in Jefferson County rose by $21,250 while total sales decreased by 23.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were 137 homes sold, with a median sale price of $395,000 - a 5.7% increase over the $373,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 180 homes sold in Arvada in September 2017.
